      Avantages

      Teamwork mentality is promoted at the company...everybody works together to get things done. Both the C.E.O. and C.F.O. have open door policies for the employees and both are kind, straight-forward gentlemen.

      Inconvénients

      Starting salary is not as much as I would like to make.
