Horrible Management - Avis employé Office Assistant Hi-Craft Engineering

Long hours sitting at the desk, HR is incompetent, VP uses intimidation to get work done. You never really know what you're going to do that day; could be on a machine, could be delivering parts, etc. Minumum wage pay (not worth the work) and very difficult to get raises.
