Avantages
The other associates were fun to work with and was a good group. Unfortunately, because of cash flow issues and poor financial decisions - they fired everyone. Team size went from 30+ to 5-6. The location was very nice, the wework coffee station was good.
Inconvénients
Management are narcissists and have inflated egos. They won’t admit their wrongdoings.
They lie to clients and overcommit, put extra pressure on the associates to then deliver on the promises that they made.
Everyone in the company does the exact same tasks, there is no structure/job description, promotion criteria gets changed every time you hit it.
Managing partners are the only ones allowed to do any client management. But still blame employees for their actions with clients, if a client changes their mind or has new requests.
They don’t respect the candidates, considering it’s a recruitment company, I have heard them say ugly phrases and comments about candidate’s appearances “he looks like someone you wouldn’t respect as a manager”. And don’t show any respect when conducting interviews.
