      training, health benefits ,lots of vacation ,the raises are on a merit based system .the upper management are human and very approachable.

      there are employees that believe they are entitled to raises without any merit.

      Great company to work for. If you like getting things done, this is the place. The company expects a lot but takes care of its people. Love working here.

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Inconvénients

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
