Il y a eu des dirigeants dans l'entreprise qui étaient des managers plus glorifiés. Leurs compétences en relations humaines sont incroyablement faibles pour détenir des titres d'autorité.

No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!
Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
