      Avantages

      benfiets are at best marginal and no major repairs are done from employees regardless of what management is telling future employees

      Inconvénients

      No training, micro management, room to advance is always at a pay cut, worn out equipment and worn out useless field trucks, low pay, outdated rental systems, always expected to fix everything with little to no knowledge or access to service manuals

      We appreciate your response, and will take every word into account. We feel that our company is founded on internal advancement, and we are very competitive from a compensation standpoint.       Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!
