      Pros are keep getting few each year

      Inconvénients

      Upper management doesn't realize that the lower management is forcing the employee to be unsafe. Plus management doesn't realize the pay is not equaling out to other jobs available

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Inconvénients

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
