      Avantages

      Almost no taxes (around 10 euros), so the gross salary is equivalent to the net salary. At the end of the internship, you may have a bonus depending on your efficiency !

      Inconvénients

      It is not a very high salary, but as told in the previous section, the net salary is almost the same. You also have to pay for the canteen, around 60 euros per month.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Inconvénients

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
