Avantages
Employees are valued and are able to offer input to improvements. Wages are competitive and advancement opportunities exist. Work is challenging, but rewarding. Organization has an exceptional relationship with their customers.
Inconvénients
Organizational development is lacking. Different levels of the organization do not understand the mission statement and what it means to achieve total customer satisfaction.
