      Avantages

      There is plenty to do in the company, always a new experience. You get to work with an international team with lots of backgrounds and skill levels. There is transparency into the leadership team and their methods, so you actually have a say in the company. Also, things just continue to grow. It feels like they are on the cusp of totally exploding in growth. There is autonomy in your job as well. It's basically whatever you make it.

      Inconvénients

      There are growing pains. Some processes are still in development. However, there is always someone standing by to help out.

      No raises Minimal shift bid/change options Antagonistic HR dept Hard to promote within No incentives Terrible 401k matching Terrible work culture Layoffs without warning Lies about projects doing well only to fire their employees the next week. Minimal support/assistance within the projects Terrible training Rampant nepotism
