      I don't have anything to share for pros

      Inconvénients

      - My experience was very bad with helpjuice, they give no help to new developers, I joined I knew nothing about their codebase I wasn't given enough time to learn and go through it. - Communication is very bad too, I was fired via a message without any chances given to me, if I was told what was wrong with my task I would've done it differently but instead I was just fired

      Avantages

      - very fast paced environment, like a startup, however, it's a 7 year old company, which is a interesting dynamic. - very relaxed management (they expect a LOT though) - interesting space to work in

      Inconvénients

      Management could definitely invest more into training people. They have this 'sink or swim' attitude towards new hires, so it's not uncommon to see people come and leave in their first month. Apart from that it's a great environment
