Avantages

Really inspiring team and mission at their essence. You can tell that everyone is brilliant and inquisitive, and really believes in the team goal. Great benefits, decent pay, and lots of autonomy.

Inconvénients

Lack of real guidance and leadership can be mistaken for autonomy here. Like many small teams, they tend to preach support but don't yet have the resources/bandwith to follow through. Onboarding felt like months and focused on the wrong things -- lacked job-specific and industry/market fit focus. Favoritism and cliques/silos are not intentional but are all the more prevalent throughout the organization. Product fit in the market is incredibly murky; constant, unclear product iterations and shifts in go-to-market strategy are the result. Communication is abysmal. I found myself upward managing to nauseum, yet still being micromanaged pretty heavily. I echo one of the other reviews calling out constant internal meetings that don't really clarify anything. How they handled parting ways with some members of the team was abysmal and shady. The biggest red flag was the lack of transparency behind bonuses/commissions and career pathing.
