      Team members were great to work with

      Inconvénients

      Management were too exclusive, even for a small company internal communication was terrible. Too cliquey. Some poor strategic decisions.

      Avantages

      some really great people to work with who are understanding, flexible and trying to help you develop with career goals and aspirations - but sadly falls on its face due to upper management

      Inconvénients

      too many to list if i am honest, but one primary one is lack of communication, clique groups and serious concerns with decision making with upper management
