Avantages

Great atmosphere, everyone is really friendly and helpful. They always try to make the job as worthwhile and fun as possible. You can really talk to management if there are any issues and it is a great place to progress with your career. They also have great parties and after work activities. You can get discounted boxes and there is always some form of free food floating about the office!

Inconvénients

Pay could be better for full time members of CC. Sometimes there needs to be more structure - HelloFresh still has a startup feel to it, so things can change from one day to the next so you have to adapt. For this reason you also have to be quite hands on- don't expect anyone else to do something for you, as you are quite often left to figure things out on your own.

Avantages

Great product discounts and nice corporate offices.

Inconvénients

Very poorly run company. The distribution center operations is a very toxic boys club, rife with blame culture and senior leadership throwing junior leaders under the bus. Good ideas from the "wrong" people aren't listened to, and bad ideas from the "in crowd" are pushed through – and quickly fail. Building and executing effective training is always seen as a road block, and then used as a scapegoat. Hard to see how things will improve in the current state.
