Being excluded from the 'popular' friends circles in the Customer Care department, achieving high ratings in job performance but watching others get promoted over you even though you literally watch them shop online all day while you work really hard, illegal pay, two-faced management, a neglecting CEO who is extremely rude and blames every fault on the CC team, false promises, unhealthy work culture - constantly eating all day unhealthy foods and never moving around or being encouraged to leave your seat, long long hours meaning no social life, plain rudeness, FAVOURITISM. Clearly the team manager review here is bias as they don't have to worry about the above.
