Avantages
Opportunity for international stakeholder collaboration.
Inconvénients
The Recruitment team in GBS-CFO suffers from poor management. The seniors and leaders are unprofessional and difficult to work with. While they appear open to feedback, their responses are often passive-aggressive, making collaboration challenging and contributing to a toxic atmosphere. Most of the time, they are unsure about how requisitions are assigned. There seems to be confusion about whether to base assignments on quantity or quality. Additionally, they hold numerous team and stakeholder meetings each week, which often feel redundant given the daily end-of-shift updates. The workspace is a typical open-area office, but what makes it difficult is the unnecessary noise from team members chatting. The office lacks a designated interview room, so I believe it would be more professional if voices were kept in check—especially during work hours. I’m not proud to be writing this, but it’s the first time I’ve ever reviewed a company. I see it as a way of seeking justice for myself. I’ve felt pressured and discouraged throughout my time here. In all my previous work experiences, this is the first time I’ve encountered toxic leadership and unhealthy work dynamics.
