      Avantages

      My reviews keep being removed but I’ll continue to write them to warn people of how toxic the work culture is here. It starts from the top, micromanaging is the way here. Seriously don’t work here.

      Working here is a con.

      Avantages

      I started here a few months ago as a contractor and have had nothing but positive experiences with the Alfred team. The work is predictable for the most part which allows you to have amazing work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      My only complaint is that there is no 401k matching, but it's a start up so this is to be expected. Hopefully it will change in the future!
