So many. Management doesn't trust their employees. They trust you to sell the paper/digital, but beyond that if you aren't in management then your ideas are stupid and worthless. Micromanagement beyond belief and business decisions that will make your eyes pop, such as giving away really valuable advertising packages away to clients without using those to leverage larger relationships. Their view of digital is very 1999...don't seem to be aware of how to properly monetize the digital end of the business.
