smart, friendly people. Products work. I could trust my CEO and my manager to pet-sit my dog.

Inconvénients

company isn't really growing - luck and personal branding play increasing roles in career success. tech stack for selling is dated - the whole company is unprepared for this healthcare recession we are in in 2026. Sales cycles are measured in years, not months. Your success in the first 24 mos depends on how much prospecting the prior employee did-- or luck. This is the rhythm of enterprise but the compensation of SMB.
