This company claims they have an attrition problem. There are a few reasons why people leave, there is a huge reason and I still have no idea why the Owner CEO, Mr. Stapleton is not aware of it or plays dumb. There is a huge amount of segregation. In such case those who are cherry picked are those people with a faster capacity to learn. You can still put all the effort and dedication but if you are one step behind you will be ignored. They ignore the "no man left behind" creed if I may use the military example here. Certain people receive the red carpet treatment and they are not open 100% to other cultures.
