      Avantages

      recently completed a year. company cares for employees problems and concerns and take issue seriously without ignoring. company made few changes which helped all Hyderabad people to be thankful for making work environment bettter. I had decided to resign, but my trust in management has increased because they cared about the way people were treated and take proper action

      Inconvénients

      - shuttle service is there - but office is in outer ring road, and far from city - salary can be better to match market

      Thank you for the review - we are definitely employee-centric, so glad you feel that! We do perform salary exercises to ensure we are commensurate with the market, and hopefully the shuttle service helps with the transport to and from the office!

      Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Thank you HealthEdge! I am really looking forward to working on projects and serving our clients/customers together with the teams here at HealthEdge!

      Get to work with multiple clients/health care companies. Good exposure.

      Inconvénients

      Employees are overworked. Not enough resources to do a good job.

      Thank you for the feedback and honest review. Work-life balance is extremely important to us, to ensure our employees have time off and a personal life away from work. Sorry you felt overworked, but glad you saw the value in our customers and clients.
