Avantages

Smart hardworking people. Industry expertise.

Inconvénients

Value is hard to prove. It's a digital care management solution that is positioned to reduce manual efforts of care teams. But the reality is, those teams still do the same things, just digitally. Because of the lack of understandable value, care teams don't use it much. Culture was awful. Cliques were a problem. And a few shot callers who had the ear of some leaders and those leaders were played. Lots of back stabbing behaviors and trash talking. People were more apt to break others down than to build them up. Some leaders allowed this behavior and even contributed to it.

Avantages

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Avantages

Remote work is the only Pro left

Inconvénients

Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
