No Pros as such, but if you are able to lionize the Management or Managers then you can sustain without working much. It's a bitter truth.
Inconvénients
This organization has no values; they do not care about the employees. Employees should be ready for termination emails at any point of time, and the termination email you'll get with the message that the company is in loss, or they are in the process of restructuring the organization is the reason for termination. If you want to get clarity about it, they will not reply to your email or call. Suddenly, so-called management starts being unresponsive. Quite unethical and unconstitutional process. If someone wants to grow in his/her career, don't consider this company, they are good at ruining it.
