      Avantages

      Lots of training before going on the floor.

      Inconvénients

      Very micromanaged, calls are back to back- if you’re available two minutes before you shift ends you have to take a call- so getting out past your scheduled time happens very often.

      I guess it was wfh untill it wasn't and was very annoying
