      Avantages

      - growing company with exciting opportunities for individuals who wants to challenge themselves and grow their careers. - executive leadership group who invests heavily in their emerging leaders, providing many opportunities for their employees to step outside of their comfort zones. - autonomy to provide value: each business unit is allowed to operationally run on their own - which allows creativity for their staff to innovate. - very financially focused and disciplined, ensuring the the organization has longevity. - work life fit focused.

      Inconvénients

      - Needs more headcount in their support groups to accommodate growth of the business. - compensation disparity between roles

      Thank you for the review. Understanding/Learning is one of our core values and we work diligently to provide real life development opportunities to our employees. Another value is empowerment at the point of contact which has been referred to as 'intellectual autonomy'. We do run lean and at time struggle with scale-ability. The HR team is working on compensation analysis to ensure there is not disparity. Thank you for the honest and thorough feedback.       Avantages

      Great company to work for, though they are all about the next thing to acquire.

      Inconvénients

      401K plan is a 'maybe we will match' type thing. Could be much better.

      Avantages

      It (mostly) pays the bills. Your day to day experience will depend entirely on the business unit you are in and your localized management.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is low. Their business model is just continuously acquiring established software companies, gutting them, and rebuilding them according to their model. Standard corporate experience. They will pay you as little as possible to retain you, and do things like changing the structure of HSA contributions to save a buck.
