      Avantages

      Students are good, nice kids, even though one or two per class will have a bad attitude.

      Inconvénients

      Town feels very uptight and unfriendly. Locals are extremely conservative and suspicious of outsiders. Very male and white campus, especially faculty.

      Avantages

      Faith-based work environment, flexibility with working schedule, great retirement match, and fun co-workers

      Inconvénients

      Not much room for salary increases and often have to work weekends (which are outside contract hours)
