      smaller classes than public in Nashville tuition reimbursement I had a good team/department

      low pay administration has had a lot of change... i was there two years and in the two... two different heads

      Avantages

      The school leadership were all very supportive and contributed to a great work environment, which allowed for me to be able to build a great learning environment for my students.

      Inconvénients

      The only negative aspect of teaching at Harding is that the salary is lower than that of a public school teacher, but the community well made up for it.
