Avantages

Honestly, I can’t think of any.

Inconvénients

Heavy PUA culture: your work will be constantly belittled while management brags about themselves. Toxic office politics: many employees only care about pleasing higher-ups while stepping on others. No bonuses: you’ll survive only on a base salary that is far below market standards. Unfair workload: you’ll be forced to handle endless miscellaneous tasks far beyond what your salary covers. The environment drains you more through manipulation, politics, and exploitation than through actual work. If you don’t want to spend your hard-earned money later on therapy for your mental and physical health, stay away!

Avantages

Nothing Good. This is the worst company I've ever worked for.

Inconvénients

I’ve worked at multiple companies throughout my career, and this one is hands down the worst. 1. Toxic and disorganized leadership: Management lacks transparency, communication is a mess, decisions are inconsistent, and expectations change without warning. 2. Unhealthy, draining culture: The workplace feels like a survival game—there’s little collaboration or genuine support, and morale is rock bottom. 3. Zero growth opportunities: No meaningful training, mentorship, or career progression. Each day feels stagnant. 4. Underpaid with no justification: The pay here is shockingly low compared to industry standards. For the amount of effort required, the compensation feels insulting. It’s one of the lowest-paying companies I’ve ever seen, and there’s zero recognition to make up for it. 5. Unprofessional practices: Haphazard interview processes, unclear responsibilities post-hire, and micromanagement that kills initiative. Out of all the companies I’ve worked for, this one sets a new low bar. If you're serious about your mental well-being and professional development, do yourself a favor and stay away.
