Avantages
The people you work with are fantastic but unfortunately that's where the train comes to a screeching halt. There is a lot of great potential here, but again, that only goes so far as most of everyone is afraid to speak up. It goes so far as being worried if you're 5 minutes late, past the sign in time of 8:30. If you're late, you're late, and eventually it will work against you.
Inconvénients
I would strongly suggest skimming over all these reviews that got posted on the same date that are written in a positive light. Clearly, there was internal involvement to right the ship that was sinking. Hanna has a long way to go, but with some positive change, i.e. getting bought out by a company that has true business sense and knows how to treat employees, this place could be great.
