Avantages

Has a strong foothold of the early-talent market, holding contracts at 90% of universities in the uSA

Inconvénients

Quotas are unrealistically high, leadership has been getting swapped in and out constantly. Handshake is a nice-to-have, whereas LinkedIn Talent Solutions can do what Handshake does while simultaneously capturing the entirety of the hiring market outside of early-talent. In fact, we ironically do most of our SDR hiring (cough cough entry level job) on LinkedIn.
