      Great team synergy. Upskilling support. Design to schedule with some room for R&D. No micromanagement. Minimal external communication, allowing more time spent on design and development.

      Inconvénients

      Some disconnect between Design and Production teams. Project schedule restrictive from time to time. Not very diverse.
