      Avantages

      Salary if you are not US based. Remote first company and interesting projects to audit.

      Inconvénients

      They do layoffs quite often, specially in the engineering/auditors team, downsizing by 50% in less than one year. The remaining team members have to audit several projects in parallel and most of their top tier talent has left the company because of this. Management not transparent, CEO says that this layoff round was big to avoid doing a new one later, but 3 months later they go for a new one as big as the previous one.

      Avantages

      Great people, amazing talent, coherent organization. It's remote-first company, and I loved everything about working there. Salary, bonuses and benefits are great. TLDR: a great company to work in.

      Inconvénients

      Not too many cons, tbh.
