      Lots of opportunity for those willing to push for them, the R&D team is a fantastic group of people to work with, good compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Lack of passion in the upper management has become evident, no longer striving to innovate, unclear goals result in half completed projects or in products customers do not want
