      Avantages

      Great product market fit. Great customers who are generally very happy and spend more year over year. One of the better startups you may not have heard of because they are trying to build a real sustainable business instead of worrying about being a unicorn.

      Inconvénients

      You've got some good people in the company. Keep them and keep the good leaders that you do have.

      Avantages

      Harder and harder every day to find positives, unfortunately. Used to have a good work life balance, decent off-sites, great managers and co-workers. CEO is slowly but surely destroying the company culture and making it both a tedious and chaotic place to work.

      Inconvénients

      RTO has cost the company a large amount of important and long standing employees, with no ability to replace them. US teams have been without EMs for 6 months - 1+ years, and are losing Product Managers as well.
