      Avantages

      The mechanical design engineering team is a young group that is easy to get along with. The work is rewarding, and I get to spend most of my day in solidworks and don't get bogged down by meetings because it is a small company

      Inconvénients

      Pay isn't the best. Culture between teams isn't always great. Communication between design and machine/build teams is sometimes not well received. The company entirely men other than in the front office there are a few women, could definitely use some diversity.

      Great Health Insurance benefits, talented teams

      Inconvénients

      Insurance benefits cease at midnight the day you separate from the company. This should signal you that you'll need to put up with a lot of crap.
