This company make 3 year's bond with employees with 3 lakhs rupees bond amount and if any employee leaves then they never give relieving letter and Harrase him .. One of the worst company of my Life who yet not give me my relieving letter.. I worked here 4 year's.. Factory head treat as a Slave.. If any employee leaves organization then this company treat him as he is terrorist.. Very bad management. HR team has good English communication so HR always Trap employees by their English skills. I request you all never waste your valuable and precious time in such organization.. Only company website is good don't fall under this Trap. Many employees need to escape from this company but due to Age issue and more days they survive here so unfortunately they don't have option.. I request any one no one should join this organization.
