      Avantages

      Compensation was pretty good. The schedule was great, The product was easy to sell and was able to be promoted quickly.

      Inconvénients

      There was not enough communication nor enough help when it came to the overall direction of the program. My direct boss lived in Florida and I spoke with him once a day at the end of the day.

      The clients are wonderful and need the support.

      Inconvénients

      Everything. Upper management is disrespectful, self-centered and not there for the right reason.
