      Avantages

      Because of reviews on websites such as glass door, I was apprehensive about joining a prison environment, it was perfectly fine. You are going to start with training and be eased into a custodial environment. If you think you have the skills to do this role, I would recommend it.

      Avantages

      Good professional team to work with, experienced colleagues to use as reference. Decent working hours and opportunities to develop your career.

      Inconvénients

      Wages have effectively been reduced, Staffing levels lowered to dangerous levels, more work load expected for a lot less money, Poor quality made uniforms.
