Avantages

- Upward mobility for high performers and not subject to strict "can only get promoted at 2yr intervals" nonsense. If you're good, they promote you - Casual vibe, easy access to management - Good pay

Inconvénients

- Not respectful of your time. You won't be putting in consistent 70hr weeks but there will be times they demand you cut your vacation short or change travel plans. C-suite operates on their own weird schedules and demands you do the same; if the president is working from 4-11pm that day, you have to stay until 11pm too, even if you got in at 9am

We know that working in a global professional services firm that cares about its Clients and its People hours may be unusual. Of course, we continue to improve to get a better work-life balance, as HKA is a People Business and it makes sense to keep looking after our People who are at the very heart of all we do. Pleasingly, in our annual global employee survey, our score for this question was 8.3 out of 10, with an 89% participation rate:- “HKA supports ED&I” And 8.6 out of 10 for “At HKA, people of all backgrounds are accepted for who they are” And 8.1 out of 10 for “ I believe HKA is a diverse workplace”… …always more to do personally and collectively on ED&I in the world and HKA.
