Avantages

What's fair for one should be fair for all.

Inconvénients

Majority of staff can't clean. Alot of work is placed on a few people. Employees call off alot and nothing happens to them. Their work is put on another teammember for that day. The director has his favorite picks..those are the ones who can't clean.
