Avantages

Freedom to Work Independently – HEICO offers significant autonomy, allowing employees to take ownership of projects and innovate without micromanagement. Great for self-starters who thrive with minimal oversight. Diverse & Interesting Work – Exposure to aerospace, defense, and engineering projects keeps the work engaging, especially for those passionate about aviation and technology. Strong Engineering Culture – Many teams are filled with talented, knowledgeable colleagues who are willing to collaborate and share expertise.

Inconvénients

Unstable Management & Reorgs – Frequent leadership changes and restructuring create uncertainty. Priorities shift abruptly, making long-term planning difficult. Unguided Direction – While autonomy is a plus, the lack of clear strategic vision from upper management can leave teams scrambling to align on goals. Expect minimal top-down guidance. Inconsistent Communication – Decisions often feel reactive rather than planned, with little transparency on company-wide changes until they’re implemented.

Avantages

Best culture in miami, hard working job, pay is okay but you learn a lot and could sky rocket your career

Inconvénients

Can be stressful if procurement is messed up and parts are needed. Company is overall great but can be different. They are a cash cow and buy out a lot of smaller companies so those smaller companies culture may be not up to par but definitely looked at when buying.
