      Avantages

      HCL is taking care of critical resources and make sure they are taken care of in the ratings

      Inconvénients

      Appraisal is not happening on time. Salary for old employees are not taken care. Facility issues like transport is not taken care properly.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
