Avantages
Best part is it is like a government company, with too much liberty, I guess thats what happens in a giant company. High on Job security In some projects there is too much pressure and you get to learn a lot, HCL is the largest infra company ryt now in india
Inconvénients
If you are not a trainee, your increment wont be very good Process is not streamlined at all. moreover things run very slowly at HCL, my first appraisal cycle ending at the end of 19 months.
