      Growing in Madrid. Health insurance. Remote work reimbursement (but it is cumbersome to apply).

      Inconvénients

      Not the same employee benefits like the big companies in Madrid (food stamps, 25+ vacation days, sick days flexibility). Very by-the-law and nothing else above it.
