      Avantages

      They won the contract. Pay came on time.

      Inconvénients

      25 years, same contract and the HCL Transition was terrible. Apathetic, lethargic energy applied from HCL transition team until problems become crisis - then they wanted to re-visit what we admonished over and over was very important to study and understand. Lots of Managers who want to be on calls but have no idea what they are supporting or how to inspect what others are learning, engaging in.

      Inconvénients

      Pretty much everything. Poor management, poor communication, bad pay, No one respects you or your work in the company.
