      Avantages

      - good platform for switching domains. - technical training infrastructures is good(best). - Oversees exposure to work with highly technical persons at client side.

      Inconvénients

      - Hypocrite senior management. - "HCL is good after 5 years of exp" is true. All the work done is at the junior level. - Fresher Package is even lesser than a small workshop worker.
