      The Health Benefits are good

      Inconvénients

      The Management is horrible. They run the American side of the company like it is India. Their only idea to fix problems is to blame the employee and push them harder instead of changing policies and procedures to fix the issue. The employee portal is so convoluted and confusing even managers do not know how to use it.
