Avantages
There is no reason to work for this company .I was working in bangalore , for soem reason I had to come to NCR and hence I have to opt HCL which eventually turned out a night mare for me .They have not under paid but work culture is just like hell .
Inconvénients
There are hell lot of cons about this company but few are worth noting before you join this company . 1) At any point of the time , they can move you from project to Bench(Free pool ) and once you are in free pool/Bench ,they will force you to resign . 2) Managers are actually not managers there , they are contractors . worst part is they use abusive language at work place .Multiple times ,I have seen these managers are using very very bad language(which is beyond the human ethics ) to their employees . 3) If you will share your problems with senior management or HR , your life will be even more pathetic as senior management ,HR and your manager are different part of the same mud .They will start exploiting you even more . 4) Forget promotion ,salary hike , work life balance . I can understand ,some time we don't have any choice but HCL .Guys , work hard and opt other company .Luckily I am no more part of this company :) :)
