      Work-life balance Friendly team if you are lucky (I was lucky when I changed my team)

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to get a hike, even team members with more than 2 years here are still waiting for hike revision. No strategy for the business management, decisions made by leaders are not fully conscious and affect multiple areas. Decisions and changes are made more in a reactive way than well planned, causing confusion and lacking of processes/structure.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
