      Avantages

      Ability to work in latest technology . Flexible timings depending on managers. Good co-workers . Good company for starters and people with less exposure to latest technologies.

      Inconvénients

      Employee feedback not taken into account. Very poor management and handling of employee issues. Pay package not par with experience. Appraisal closure is worse with incooperative HR.

      Pretty much everything. Poor management, poor communication, bad pay, No one respects you or your work in the company.
